Summary: [patch] res_calendar.c does not compile in devmode
Description:
When compiling res_calendar.c I get a bunch of warnings about different
types.
This patch fixes it for me.
I'm not sure this is the correct fix though. So advice is welcome.

cast time_t type variables to long where needed.
This makes res_calendar.c compile on OpenBSD and the same
cast is used in a lot of other places where time_t type vars are used.
