Summary:                    Whisper feature does not work.
Description: 
The whisper feature does not work in ChanSpy (or ExtenSpy) for that matter.
Here is how to reproduce:

I should have elaborated on how it does not work. During one test there was
a delay of 10 seconds, 15 seconds and then 25 seconds. Today just 5
seconds.
