I do not allow NULL for lastms, as per the Wiki (serves me right for
trusting it)

The rest of my setting are the same as yours, and my peer count is
probably close between 800. (alot of them permanently UNREACHABLE as they
are just unused peers). Probably around 400-500 active peers.

Can we can confirmation that lastms should allow NULL?
