Summary:                    Loading / Editting the Conference page doesn't show
selected options
Description: 
Specifically, when I configured the conference room, I selected options:

Play hold music for first caller
Announce callers

And saved.

In extensions.conf, the line is written correctly as:

exten = 5801,1,MeetMe(${EXTEN},MI)

However, when I go to the Conferences section of the gui or edit
conference number 5801, it doesn't show the options as selected.  Both
check boxes appear unchecked.
