Hi,

We faced issue that Asterisk gets unresponsive and shows maximum channels
used, even call volume is low.

It happens some time,Please help to find out the reason for this.

Okay so it sounds like you have channels that are not being properly torn
down. What sort of technology are you using? SIP? If so a "sip show
channels" would be useful, as long as details on what exactly you are doing
in the dialplan.
