Crash, it appears, on random occasions when playing mp3 files in music on
hold (I believe based on the backtrace).

Am in the process of upgrading to 1.4.23.1, so no, have not tried that
suggested version of file.c. Will likely complete the upgrade to 1.4.23.1
over this coming weekend.

Does 1.4.23.1 incorporate the potential fix for file.c?
