Summary:                    pthread_rwlock_timedrdlock breaks OpenBSD build.
Description: 
Unfortunately commit r187428 (and similar on all other branches) to fix bug
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=14705 (AMI module reload while concurrently
loading/unloading from CLI)
break the build on OpenBSD; pthread_rwlock_timedrdlock etc are not
available.
