Summary:                    CDR reporting (to MySQL) is completely broken in
AsteriskNOW 1.5.0
Description: 
Due to the asterisk-addons-mysql (and asterisk-addons-core) packages not
being installed, CDRs are not being logged to MySQL (asteriskcdrdb) as they
should be. Presumably, fixing the kickstart file would remedy this;
existing systems should be fixable by making these packages a mandatory
part of AsteriskNOW 1.5.1 (and publishing said update).

Just so there's absolutely no confusion, this was verified with a brand-new
copy of AsteriskNOW 1.5.0 installed in a VM, which had been patched with
"yum update" before testing CDR and then devising the fix mentioned.
