Summary:                    Add a patch for OpenVox D110PG
Description: 
Currently, some customers still use OpenVox D110PG. if they want to upgrade
to dahdi, please use this patch for OpenVox D110PG. it tests under
asterisk-1.4.23 and dahdi-2.1.0.4.

Any comments about whether whether this can break existing cards?

Apart from that there are some indentation issuesand such. e.g.: the first
hunk of the patch is mostly white-space damage.
