This is the first lock on this system since upgrading to 1.4.24.1

Hi Junky

This was completely random and I have no idea how to reproduce.
If it happens again do you have any advice to debug before I restart
Asterisk?
The core show locks looks like Asterisk locked because of some BLF
monitoring/hints...
There are two Snom phones with 7.3.14 firmware monitoring about 40
extensions and 4 parking orbits.
During the lock the CLI was completely responsive and core show channels
was also working normally but no calls could be made.
