Summary:                    res_fax fails on fax receive
Description: 
ReceiveFax in res_fax triggers a bail-out in smoother. The call comes over
a T1 going into a Digium wcte110.

FAXOPT(filename) to 'fax_2009-04-17_09:32:39_6144305421_rx.tif' is
unhandled!
[Apr 17 09:32:39] WARNING[10533] frame.c: Smoother was working on 4 format
frames, now trying to feed 64?
[Apr 17 09:32:39] ERROR[10533] res_fax.c: channel 'DAHDI/2-1' fax session
'0' failure, reason: 'Failed to feed the smoother'
