Summary: Incorrect "user information layer 1" representation
Description:
(This is a "reopen" of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=3891)
When calling asterisk on a zap channel with an UMTS video call, asterisk
reports "user information layer 1" as: "G.7xx 384k Video".
The correct term is, according to ITU Recommendation Q.931 (05/98) page
