Summary: CDR not written when Busy() used
Description:
When using Busy() to signal that an extension cannot take a call at this
time, no CDR entry is generated.
ResetCDR(w) has no effect.

unasnwered=yes will also generate two entries in the CDR, one for each leg.
This is not what we intended, and this will screw up our CDR parsing.
I tested with unanswered=yes and a call ended in Busy still does not
generate any CDR entries...
The dialplan contained just a line:
_100,1,Busy()
