previous svn trunk revision - 183107, that I used before, was worked OK

today appears, that new rtp engine is still somehow buggy. when call is
established some party can't hear other. "echo test" also doesn't work for
some clients (like twinkle) - call is connected, but doesn't hear entry
file playback
