Summary: endless loop on initial login: "Verifying Dialplan
Contexts needed for GUI"
Description:
Upon initial login, I get a loop of the message "Verifying Dialplan
Contexts needed for GUI".

I could not get any further clues nor any way around this in the
Javascript code.

Debian 5.0 (Lenny)
I used current SVN (tried both r4708 and r4712 of branches/2.0)

This issue appears to be due to permission issues both on a manager level
and an asterisk level. The assumption with the GUI is that its an
administration GUI and should have certain privileges. Some of those
privileges were being denied and therefore causing the complications.
