I can reproduce it 100% all the time.
I am uploading a GDB trace.

Please close the case. I was forced to go back to version 1.4. The later
versions do not handle codec. All versions after 1.4 have one way audio
when the client offers two codecs. But 1.4 does not have the issue. I had
to go back and use 1.4 trunk.
