After updating from

to
Asterisk SVN-branch-1.6.1-r186622
some modules can't be loaded
compiled with

yes, I'm alwaus using menuselect, except for setting compiler flags, as
wrote above, I also selected codec ilbc, all other leave in default.
now I checked if app_queue and app_voicemail was selected, res_smdi is
also selected.
