Summary:                    Trunk Status on asterisk-gui2 has incorrect status
for some SIP trunks
Description: 
CLI shows SIP trunks as registered, but the Status page shows them as
unregistered.  See Additional Information for copy/paste's.

- also, registersip is yes if host != dynamic

- consalidated line if statement into switch case
- last unregistered condition now says Unrecognized Trunk
