progress messages playback during callsetup doesn't work, 
previous svn trunk revision - 183107, that I used before, was worked OK

Please attach complete console output with sip debug, core debug set to go
to console in logger.conf and a level of at least 3, plus rtp debug. I just
tested this exact scenario here and have audio working as expected.
