Summary: National prefix inserted even when caller ID not
available
Description:
We have seen calls come in from BT on an ISDN30e that have had the caller
ID restricted, but because the number is set as "National Number (2)" the
national prefix of '0' has been inserted by Asterisk/Zaptel/LibPri. This
makes it appear as though the caller ID was '0'.
Calls that are "Unknown Number Type (0)" but have no caller ID just have
an empty caller ID, as expected. Calls of "National Number (2)" but with
caller ID data appear as expected.
If caller ID is not sent for a particlar call, should the
national/international prefixes not be inserted?
