Summary: Feature request: Speed dial
Description:
Much needed and strangely absent in AsteriskNOW is the ubiquitous Speed
Dial.

I have been looking for it in the docs, googling for it, dug through the
GUI... but it is nowhere to be found. I believe this is one of the most
commonly used features of any PBX.

What i would like to have is:
- System speed dial, and
- Per-user speed dial

Example: To store a speed dial, do '*715 1234567890', to call, do
'http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=715'...
Optionally allow speed dial without '#'. Asterisk should then assume it is
a speed dial if the number/name is not a valid extension name/number.

Example: '*joe 987654321' stores joe's number. '#joe' or simply 'joe'
calls 987654321.

Use */# for system speed dial and **/## for per-user speed dial.
If # or ## is not used when calling, then let per-user speed dials have
priority over system speed dials.

Example: Users enters '12345'. First check for extension 12345, if there
is none, then check for user speed dial 12345, if none found then use
system speed dial 12345. If all fails, then try to call phone number
12345.
