I've received a call in Asterisk server from remote Asterisk gateway using
IAX Trunk.

Call Setup:
  
SIP-------->Asterisk-1--------(IAX-TRUNK)-------->Asterisk-2-------->PSTN

I've tested with both Astersik-1.4.17 and Asterisk-1.4.21.
