Summary:                    asterisk died after transfer
Description: 
after one week i use the version 1.4.22-rc5 i have more than 2 crashes of
asterisk. the crash is caused of an call transfer.
i don't know how i can reproduce this behavior.

I'd just like to comment that I have reproduced this same issue on my test
setup. The problem appears to be that either app_queue or app_stack do not
properly handle errors when gosubs are not used properly. It will take more
investigation to figure out exactly what's wrong.
