Please re-open http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9565.  It was closed in favour
of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=11898, but the fix for
that did not actually address the issue in
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=9565.

Any progress on this?

The problem it causes us is that it inhibits re-invites and therefore the
removal of Asterisk from the speech path, which is an important requirement
for us.
