Summary:                    Cannot add multiple trunks with same username using
version 2.0 of GUI
Description: 
The new GUI uses the "username" field to set the context names in
users.conf and extensions.conf while the old GUI used the "trunkname". 
This change was implemented because of AA50-2113.  However I believe that
this change is flawed in both theory and implementation.  See exchange in
lists.digium.com attached below...

FYI, on my private build here I tested changing the two assignments (one
for IAX,one for SIP) to

var trunk=tr.trunkname;

This solved the problem for me, and I believe would solve it for the
original submitted who asked for username... they just have to enter the
same data into both field.
