Summary: [patch] MFC/R2 support for chan_zap
Description:
Here we go. This is my first try to give R2 support to chan_zap. I'm sure I
am missing locks and/or features here and there but I have tested it
internally with success with a considerable amount of concurrent channels
(64). That's the best I can do with the hardware I currently have (more
coming!).

rtorresduque thanks for testing, I appreciate it.
However, what you provide is not useful at all. You don't even mention (or
at least I could not see any evidence of it), of what is failing. If you
don't even get working the "mfcr2" commands, then IS A FACT, you did
something wrong. I'd like to avoid using this bug tracker as a "support"
forum. Please write to the asterisk-users mailing list to provide detailed
steps of what you did and where did you download the sources and how you
installed them. In the subject of your e-mail to the mailing list, specify
MFC/R2 or OpenR2, so I can easily spot them.
Additionally I don't even see in your configuration that you provided
mfcr2_variant=<whatever>, proof that you did not read the documentation
included with my branch in configs/zapata.conf.sample in the MFC/R2
section.
I will see with Digium if we can get an asterisk-mfcr2 mailing list or
something, given that the volume of support questions is growing fast, here
and in my e-mail. I will let you know here if such mailing list gets
created.
