When the language is set to French.

1 - Call an extension number an there's no response
2 - you are directed to the voicemail of the extension
3 - the message in french says : "la personne au poste two four five three
n'est pas disponible, veuillez laisser votre message... etc

In fact this is a path problem anywhere in asterisk because before version
1.4 sounds were store differently as far as i grabbed some information on
forums.

the french digits are by default in '/var/libs/asterisk/sounds/fr/digits'
the english digits are in '/var/libs/asterisk/sounds/digits'

So I created a directory "fr" '/var/libs/asterisk/sounds/digits' and put
the french digits sound files in it and that's working now.

When you reach the voicemail of the extension you're calling i got every
words in french : "la personne au poste deux quatre cinq trois n'est pas
disponible, veuillez laisser votre message... etc
