Summary:                    During call transfer INVITE is sent twice without
waiting for reply.
Description: 
This seems to duplicate bug 9305: Running Asterisk 1.4.21 with RPID patch
(patch 8824) I get exactly the same problem which is addressed by bugID
9305. The code of that bug fix appears inside the source code...

As per putnopvut's note, this issue is closed until the patch in question
has been merged into Asterisk proper.
