Summary:                    High latency (satellite) hangup on internal calls
Description: 
The problem described in ID:0009335 has resurfaced in 1.4.19.
While there were no problems on sat-links in 1.4.17 i get a hangup on
calls originated from remote (sat) side.

Finally I was able to test and log this again. In 1.4.21.1 we're still
seeing the same problem. Calls originated from the remote site
(satellite-side) drop after approx. 20 seconds.

The call starts Sep 15 13:18:09 from 414101523 to 0041414221424:

Dial("SIP/414101523-09cd4ad8", "SIP/41414221424 at sip.irtech.ch") in new
stack

The call drops at 13:18:27:
[Sep 15 13:18:27]   == Spawn extension (from-pfiga, 0041414221424, 13)
exited non-zero on 'SIP/414101523-09cd4ad8'
