Summary:                    "State:Idle" when placing outgoing calls
Description: 
The state information for a particular phone is updated correctly on
incoming calls ("core show hints" results in "State:Ringing" and
"State:InUse" as it should) but not on outgoing calls (when the user on the
phone calls a different number the state information remains "State:Idle").

rzuw: do you have a call-limit set on these peers?  There doesn't need to
be any particular limit; you could the value to 500, for example.
