Description: 
Problem is same as in issue 11782. Chanspy crashes asterisk. I'll recompile
asterisk to fit settings decribed in docs/valgrind.txt

In talking with putnopvut, he seems confident that the commit he made has
fixed this issue.  Combined with the lack of response from the reporter, I
am going to close this issue.

Please reopen if you are still experiencing this.
