Summary:                    Multiple Hints do not work correctly
Description: 
I have a hint extension like:
exten => callcenter,hint,SIP/101&SIP/102&SIP/103
in my dialplan. The extension callcenter is watched by serveral Snom
phones,
"sip show subscriptions" shows me the correct data, "show hints" is
correct too.

When a call is ringing SIP/101, all other phones see the pickup-dialog.
If one of the other two are ringing, non of the phone sees the
pickup-dialog.
It seems that the pickup-dialog is working only if the first entry is
called.
If i change the order of entries, it only works when the first entry is
called.

What is this pickup dialog patch?
Is it part of current asterisk trunk or in the bug tracker?
if not then it is unsupported and your bug will most likely be closed
