Summary: wrong path to fxotune in init script
Description:
the new default location for the dadhi-tools is /usr/src but the init
script refers to the older path
FXOTUNE=/sbin/fxotune
rather trivial but I left it as 'minor' since going without fxotune might
result in quality issues that otherwise would not exist.

I can confirm this. I complained in a forum posting earlier today that
fxotune didn't seem to have any effect on my echo reduction efforts. This
may be the cause since I was relying on /etc/init.d/dahdi to perform the
fxotune -s for me. Thanks for pointing this out.
