Summary:                    Caller ID displays New User on incoming calls
Description: 
On every incoming calls from my VOIP provider, I get "New User" as the
caller id. I know that I could fix it by commenting out a line in the
users.conf file ("fullname = New User" under the General section) but I
rather not manually edit any files since I broke asterisk-gui last time I
did.

Actually what worked is removing the whole General section of the
users.conf, the called id then worked. But when I did that, many things
inside Asterisk GUI broke, like for example, I could not set the language
from english to french in the Options anymore, which is normal since this
is stored in the General section.

My provider is Unlimitel.ca, the caller id from external calls was
perfectly working when I was using Trixbox, and like I said it works
perfectly when I remove the General section of the users.conf, so I doubt
it is something with my provider.
