Summary: Caller ID displays New User on incoming calls
Description:
On every incoming calls from my VOIP provider, I get "New User" as the
caller id. I know that I could fix it by commenting out a line in the
users.conf file ("fullname = New User" under the General section) but I
rather not manually edit any files since I broke asterisk-gui last time I
did.

Version 2.0 of the GUI?
Does commenting out full name _actually_ work?
What is the full_name of the trunk?
Who is your provider?
