Summary:                    'sip show peers' shows peers in UNKNOWN state after
chan_sip reload
Description: 
Certain peers report UNKNOWN status after chan_sip reload. When in this
state, OPTIONS requests are not being sent from asterisk (qualify= becomes
useless). Left in this state, it seems that peers will eventually return OK
(several days - almost a week) unreliably.
