Summary:                    Call on Queue do not are delivery to free agents
Description: 
We are facing problems with app_queue.

We put calls on the queue, but these calls are not redirect to the free
agents, these occurs when we do not have a lot of calls cames in.

We checked wrap-up-time, strategy and other parameters.

Could you please provide how to reproduce this issue, along with the
configuration files you're using, in addition to the console output without
quite so much noise? The one you attached may still be useful.
