Summary:                    No audio when dialling number that has Telco
announcement  "area code 626 has changed to ..... "
Description: 
Calling 0016269560260 (from NZ) an Announcement that "area code has changed
to ...." isn't heard. Call keeps ringing.

Call from SIP channel or a FXS port, same result. From a non asterisk
connected phone I hear the announcement.

2 calls below, 2nd call is Digium Fax number.
