Summary:                    Asterisk 1.4.17 does not playback parking digits to
caller
Description: 
I had a fully functional parking application using 1.4.13 and upgraded to
1.4.17
After the upgrade I do an attended transfer to parking extension and do
not hear the parking play back digits.
I downgrade to 1.4.13 and all is normal and digits are played back
normally.

Yikes sorry for horrible summary

It should read more like this

Asterisk 1.4.17 after attended SIP transfer to park extension, park digits
are not played back to phone.
