Summary:                    GUI 2.0 incorrectly reports IAX2 trunk as
unregistered if account name too long
Description: 
If the IAX2 account (user) name is longer than 10 characters, the System
Status page will incorrectly report "Unregistered" even if registered.

Late night bug fixes!
We need to find a better way around this, as we won't be able to
accuratly tell what username _is_ actually there.
