Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

I have managed to get this working quite nicely using Asterisk 1.6.0.1 and
spandsp 0.0.5pre4. I had the same problem as leroi05, which I fixed, by
modifying the patched code slightly.

Asterisk also crashes on startup unless I add a noload =>
app_faxgateway.so in modules.conf??

But once all that is done it seems to work quite happily. I've got PRI
coming into my Asterisk box receives the incoming fax, this is then passed
on via SIP to another box running Rightfax.

Note that the patch I uploaded is not complete as I haven't had time to
test this thoroughly yet, but if anyone else is trying to get this working
with 1.6.0.1, this should at least get you going in the right direction.
