Description: 
Hi all,

I'm sending you patch containing new application app_faxgateway.c
("FaxGateway") which is able to mediate T30 to T38 and vice versa.
Feature is using spands library (I used spandsp-0.0.4pre18 and
spandsp-0.0.5pre4).

have anyone tryed to compile this patches against 1.6? The last patch
app_fax-t38gw.patch uses LOAD_OH but it was removed years ago
(http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/svn-commits/2006-December/019826.html)
it seems it is mix of 1.6,1.4 code here. 

also ast_mutex_lock(&s->peer->lock) is wrong, peer does not have structure
lock. 
 
irroot: can you share patches for 1.4.22 ? :)
