hello,

i recently upgraded to asterisk 1.6.0.1. it seems that the voicemail
indicator doesn't clear anymore when a message is read or deleted in imap.
it is possible to clear it by using the logging in about out of
voicemailmain.

the indicator cleared fine in asterisk 1.4.22
