Summary:                    On Mac OS X PowerPC, Asterisk 1.6.0.1 cannot create
outbound channels
Description: 
Although incoming SIP and IAX2 channels work, all attempts to use the Dial
command to create SIP, IAX2, or Local channels fail as follows:
