Summary:                    CANCEL before Trying
Description: 
If executing Dial with timeout 0, it places a call and then CANCEL is sent
immediately before receiving TRYING message.

It is possible this may make it into 1.6.1 as this appears to be a bug. It
will be up to the developer who merges this to determine where to merge,
but I suspect this will be in 1.6.1.
