Summary:                    Moved Temporarily is unable to create local channel
and fails
Description: 
With promiscredir=yes, I get the following error when receiving a 302 Moved
Temporarily moved message.

[Oct 21 16:22:21] WARNING[13332]: chan_sip.c:4181 create_addr: No such
host: 3149 at 10.10.10.10
[Oct 21 16:22:21] NOTICE[13332]: app_dial.c:505 do_forward: Unable to
create local channel for call forward to
'SIP/::::TCP at 3149@10.10.10.10:5065' (cause = 20)
