Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

 also interested to see whether or not you're using the whisper mode of
spy. 

 Can you please attach the relevant extensions.conf so we can try and
reproduce this exactly the way that you are?
