Summary:                    Unable to call to the "no conventional" numbers.
Description: 
When I try to call to the "no conventional numbers", like information
numbers, I receive a Unknown Indication 20, and I receive a HANGUP. The
"normal" numbers works okey.

I attach a file with two tries to call 2 different numbers. (1566 from my
ISP Operator Number and 11811 Phone Information Number).

Excuse me but, when I see a complete log, I noticed that it happens
frequently, also with normal numbers and the calls finish correctly.

Then I would like to change the topic by "Unknown indication received to
do the call"
