Summary:                    out stream is not recorded and only in stream
getting recorded.
Description: 
through AMI, i passed the monitor command to record the conversation which
is going in Zap channels. In that, most of the time out stream is 0 bytes,
in stream voice file is recorded correctly.

Action: Monitor
Channel: Zap/1-1
Filename: sample
Format: 

For the above i reffered the bug id : 4528. 

Kindly inform me, is there any fix for this issue?
