Summary: Arbitrarily set the release cause on an inbound
h.323 channel
Description:
Hello,

IMHO, it is necessary to be able to set the release cause on an
inbound h.323 channel. I'm working with 1.4.21.2 and I can't do that. Most
carriers want you to send them a 34 (no circuit available) on all but
answered/busy calls so they can re-route the call. It is imperative to be
able to do this, even if it is hardcoded.
